A $50 deposit is required when you book your appointment (I wish I didn't have to do that but there is a lot of spam booking - yes, it is a thing- therefore I have to start requiring a deposit again) . If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, use the link in the confirmation e-mail to do so at least 24 h before your appointment. If you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule less than 24 h in advance, you will be billed the entire appointment fee (minus the deposit). If you cancel your appointment more than 24h in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
